Age & Supervision

VivoFlex products are intended for adult use only.

Children should not use VivoFlex equipment without proper adult supervision.

Assumption of Risk

Use of exercise and fitness equipment involves inherent risks of injury.

By using VivoFlex products, you acknowledge and accept that you assume full responsibility for safe and proper use of the product.

Inspection Before Use

Before each use:

  • Inspect straps, bands, attachments, and hardware components

  • Do not use the product if any part shows cracking, fraying, thinning, loosening, or loss of elasticity

  • Discontinue use immediately if any component appears damaged or unsafe

Using damaged equipment may increase the risk of injury.

Wear Items

Certain components such as resistance bands, elastic straps, and similar materials are considered wear items.

  • Normal use will cause gradual wear over time

  • Continued use of worn components may increase the risk of failure or injury

  • Users are responsible for inspecting and replacing worn components as needed

Proper Use

  • Use VivoFlex products only as instructed

  • Maintain controlled movements at all times

  • Do not release resistance components abruptly

  • Keep face, eyes, and body clear of moving components

Setup & Environment

Before use:

Physical Awareness

Do not use VivoFlex equipment if you are:

  • impaired

  • distracted

Stop using the product immediately if you experience:
