Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your VivoFlex purchase! But if it’s not quite right, no worries — you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process to make things simple and stress-free.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once approved. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Delivery & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier may require verification before approval.

In some cases, we may request additional information or documentation in order to investigate delivery issues and ensure the correct resolution.

If a package is confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier, customers may be asked to contact the carrier directly or provide supporting documentation for further investigation.

Order Cancellations

If you’ve made a mistake with your order or wish to cancel it before it has been processed, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.

We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at support@vivoflex.com or through Live Chat where your request may be processed faster.

If your request is made within the first hour of placing the order, we can usually stop it before it is processed.

However, once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

You will still have the option to return the product once it arrives, in line with our returns policy.

VivoFlex App Refund Policy

Your VivoFlex app is designed to support your mobility, recovery, and stretching journey. If you find that it’s not the right fit, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date. Please ensure cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Important Notes on Subscription Cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all app features until then.

You must cancel through the same platform where you originally subscribed.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Website (Manage Subscriptions Page)

If you subscribed directly through our website, you can manage or cancel your subscription by visiting the Manage Subscriptions page located in the footer of our website.

Once there, log in using the email address associated with your order to view, manage, or cancel your subscription.

Apple (iOS App Store)

Open your Settings app.
Tap Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose VivoFlex and tap Cancel Subscription.

Choose VivoFlex and select Cancel Subscription.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must be in like-new condition

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you have the best possible experience.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, our Customer Support team will gladly assist with a replacement.

Before an exchange can be approved, we may ask for photos or a short troubleshooting process to confirm the issue and ensure we provide the fastest solution possible.

If troubleshooting or documentation is not completed, we may not be able to confirm the issue or proceed with a replacement.
